Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Utilize various platforms such as social media and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to enhance recruitment efforts.</li><li>Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.</li><li>Support talent management initiatives, including training &amp; development programs and succession planning.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and assist with evaluations and performance management processes.</li><li>Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment &amp; labor laws while maintaining best practices in HR policies.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources or related fields, with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.</li><li>Knowledge of negotiation techniques and employee relations strategies is essential.</li><li>Experience in technical recruiting or executive recruiting is a plus.</li><li>Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods including campus recruitment and cold calling.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
