Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Promote oral health and disease prevention</li><li>
Diagnose oral health problems</li><li>
Design and assist in treatment plans to maintain the patient's oral health</li><li>
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of patients</li><li>
Monitor, train, and manage staff</li><li>
Ensure safe and effective oral care is consistently administered by staff</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>We will consider both new graduates and experienced dentists</li><li>
An Accredited Dental degree (DDS or DMD) is required</li><li>
Valid Texas dental license (or in the process of obtaining a license)</li><li>
Current DEA at the start of employment</li><li>
Nitrous Oxide Certification is required</li><li>
General dentistry experience is a plus</li><li>
Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications</li><li>
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics</li><li>
Good Management Skills</li><li>
Able to foster team development at all levels</li><li>
Able to communicate accurately and efficiently with patients, staff, other dentists, and referral partners</li><li>
Can plan, organize and prioritize time, and work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all patient care requirements are met and exceeded</li></ul>
