This role will be hybrid, in NYC. The primary role of Paid Search and Social Media Assistant is to assist the paid social and search media buyers in ad trafficking, campaign setup/monitoring, reporting and billing. Support of client communication related to campaign planning, execution, and analytics cross-platform. The Paid Search and Social Media Assistant serves as an integral part of the in-platform operations team supporting key projects and campaigns on their assigned channels and accounts. The ideal candidate has an ability to multi-task, passion for new technology as well as media channels, and eagerness to learn and grow within the digital media team at AMS.</div><div></div><div><br>

As the Paid Search and Social Media Digital Media Assistant at AMS, you will be working closely with a team of innovative media professionals across a positive, collaborative, and ever-evolving digital landscape. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Supports digital team on all aspects of paid media campaign management and ad optimization.</li><li>
Ensure billing and invoices are up to date for all media buys.</li><li>
Builds personal/technical expertise to establish a comprehensive understanding of client&rsquo;s marketing objectives and technology platforms.</li><li>
Stays informed of the latest buying platform developments and new ad opportunities.</li><li>
Supports media buyers in pre-campaign responsibilities, including:<ul><li>
Gathering creative assets and tracking instructions.</li><li>
Providing guidance on creative development, specs and best practices.</li><li>
Identifies targeting and platform opportunities based on specific brand parameters and key performance indicators.</li></ul></li><li>
Assists in campaign setup and launch.<ul><li>
Set up campaigns accurately, ensuring ad tags, budgets, targeting, and creative are loaded correctly into the systems.</li><li>
Ensure the creatives are approved before campaign launch date</li></ul></li><li>
Assists in campaign management<ul><li>
Ensuring timely campaign optimizations</li><li>
Monitoring on target pacing</li><li>
Regular QA checks</li></ul></li><li>
Coordinates campaign reporting:<ul><li>
Analyzing overall campaign performance and builds custom reporting and strategies against client&rsquo;s key performance indicators.</li><li>
Provide ongoing campaign insights based on campaign analysis</li><li>
Participates in research compilation and finding</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience is required.</li><li>
1-3years related work experience or internship is preferred, not required.</li><li>
Familiar with the following tools is a plus:<ul><li>
Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Power Editor, Snap Ads, Twitter Ads platform, TikTok, YouTube, Google AdWords.</li></ul></li><li>
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines</li><li>
Personal drive for excellence, knowledge, and new skills</li></ul><div><br>

The salary for this position is $50K.
