Role: US IT/Non -IT RecruiterExperience Required:1 year to 2 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.<ul><li>Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening</li><li>resumes, interviewing, technical queries &amp; interviews, the closing of</li><li>candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).</li><li>Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green</li><li>Card Holders, H1B candidates.</li><li>Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting,</li><li>Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.</li><li>Ability to understand the Non - IT requirements and submit</li><li>consultants&rsquo; profiles on time.</li><li>Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.</li><li>Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining &amp; building the candidate database.</li><li>Must be comfortable working Night shifts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,805.79 - &#8377;45,797.03 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
