The successful candidate will share our ACTIVES, and will be responsible for managing a fun, active and stimulating experience at our Wraparound Care provision.As a Schools Club Leader/Manager you will need to have experience of working with children and assisting a provision that is safe, fun &amp; inclusive, you will also ideally have...A passion for working with children and providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for the children in your care. Alongside this, you will inspire them to explore their interests, leading the planning and delivery of games and activities. This will include multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts &amp; crafts, downtime and structured play, therefore, enthusiasm and organisation skills are essential!You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care. All team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including accident and incident reporting, as well as health and safety checks as required. It is important to note that the children and families also benefit from consistent, reliable team members through the positive relationships that are built.You will assist the day-to-day running of the wraparound and ensure you conduct yourself in line with our ACTIVES. You will report into the Setting Coordinator and have responsibility for ensuring high levels of structured activity take place.All Schools Club Leaders are expected to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis.
