Job Description: Quality Assurance (QA) Position at ActualisationPosition Overview: Actualisation is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and meticulous attention to detail.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve defects.</li><li>Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and functionality.</li><li>Document and track software defects and inconsistencies.</li><li>Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.</li><li>Ensure all testing activities are conducted according to company standards and procedures.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software usability and functionality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1 Years to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.</li><li>Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li></ul>Location: This position is based on-site at our Actualisation office.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>QA: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
