 Position Summary
 
 
 
 
 Assurance of laboratory compliance in line to internal standards and procedures in laboratory, responsible for analysis of RM, FG, PM, Purified water and stability Samples, other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities will include:
 
 
 
 
 To fills up sampling checklist as per guidelines and forward it to Assistant Manager for review and approval.
 
 
 Preparation and Standardization of volumetric standard solutions, maintain the consumption record.
 
 
 To extract sample from production or processing area from the material in process or under packaging or completed products as per guidelines defined in Sampling Checklist.
 
 
 To fill up and review sampling checklist. Extract Samples. Assigns Under Test labels on material from which sample is extracted
 
 
 Based on Sample Analysis Report, conduct sample testing.
 
 
 To conduct sampling test as per Test Intimation sheet, fill up the sheet and to attach supporting documents of testing and instrument report after completion of QC testing.
 
 
 Carry out sample analysis as per MOA
 
 
 Operation and calibration of pH meter, Refractometer, KF, MP, Tap density meter &amp; sieve shaker, Auto titrator.
 
 
 
 Required Experience &amp; Knowledge
 
 
 
 Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
 
 
 Experience: 3 to 5 years

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Site Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the chemical manufacturing site. This role ensures that all production, quality, safety, environmental, and compliance objectives are met in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. The Site Director oversees cross-functional teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and manages resources effectively to deliver high-quality chemical products safely, on time, and within budget. Serving as the key liaison between site operations and executive leadership, the Site Director plays a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, innovation, compliance, and performance.

 Develop and execute manufacturing strategy and plans that align with the organization's goals, contributing to its long-term success.

 Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancement across different departments and functions within manufacturing.

 Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility including production, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
 </li>

 Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure smooth operations, including budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.

 Develop and implement site-level strategies aligned with corporate goals

 Provide leadership and direction to production staff and operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and regularly assess and report on performance against these metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive safe working conditions with focus on EHS principles and company prescribed guidelines. Develop and implement contingency plans to address disruptions to business continuity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements related to the organization's manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop cross-functional teams including Production, EHS, Maintenance/Engineering, and Supply Chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize collaborations and negotiate favorable terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee raw material procurement, inventory control, and production planning.
