Primary Function</b></p><p>
The Case Processing Supervisor oversees all administrative and case management functions supporting detention facilities. This role ensures compliance with federal standards, supervises case processors, and coordinates with personnel to maintain accurate records and timely processing of detainee cases.</p><p></p><p><b>
Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Manage and mentor case processing staff, ensuring adherence to detention standards and facility policies.</li><li>
Assign workloads, monitor performance, and conduct quality assurance reviews of case files and data entry.</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely updates to detainee case files and data management systems.</li><li>
Verify compliance with documentation requirements.</li><li>
Serve as primary liaison with personnel, consulates, and legal representatives for case-related matters.</li><li>
Oversee detainee communication logs, grievance tracking, and escalation of urgent issues as appropriate.</li><li>
Ensure all case processing activities comply with privacy laws, FOIA/PA, and detention standards.</li><li>
Prepare and submit case status reports, dashboards, and monthly performance summaries to COR.</li><li>
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for case processing staff.</li><li>
Implement quality assurance procedures to validate work products and maintain consistency of standards.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Job Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field. Degree can be substituted with 2 or more years of experience in related field preferable with immigration or correctional experience.</li><li>
Minimum 2&ndash;5 years in case management or correctional administration.</li><li>
Prior supervisory experience in a secure facility environment preferred.</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.</li><li>
Must be proficient with computers, common office equipment, and MS Office suite.</li><li>
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Meet the requirements of the contract for all immunizations.</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>
May require evening, weekend, or on-call hours.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, resided in the U.S. for 3 years in the past 5 years.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Detention center experience.</li><li>
Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.</li><li>

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to work in a high-security environment and manage sensitive information.</li><li>
Must complete provided training on case processing and supervisory responsibilities.</li></ul><p></p><p>

Primary Function</b></p></div><div><p>
The Operations Analyst will serve as a critical member of the Operations Center (OPCEN) within a secured facility, supporting real-time operational oversight through data monitoring, movement coordination, and reporting. This role ensures accurate tracking of detainee bed assignments, internal movements, and operational metrics to maintain compliance with client standards, safety protocols, and facility efficiency.</p></div><p></p><div><p><br>

Responsibilities</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Monitor and update bed assignment systems to ensure accurate occupancy records in accordance with client protocols.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Track detainee movement across housing units, medical, legal, and program areas.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Generate and distribute daily operational reports, including population counts, movement logs, and incident summaries.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Collaborate with housing, medical, and case management teams to coordinate space utilization and movement schedules.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Maintain situational awareness of facility operations and escalate anomalies or conflicts to leadership.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Support audits and inspections by ensuring data integrity and timely documentation.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist in developing and refining OPCEN workflows and SOPs specific to client operations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
