Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing DCS in an industrial setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of various DCs platforms and programming languages.</li><li>Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.</li><li>Integration/ Troubleshooting of Profibus &amp; Profinet Systems in IMCCs &amp; VFDs</li><li>Integrating of RIOs over Profibus / Profinet Protocol</li><li>DCS Related BOQs Preparations/ Additions of Ios</li><li>DCS Architecture Preparation</li><li>Continuous Modifications based on MOCs/ New Additions Programme Developments</li><li>Batch Reports/SMS/Emails Configurations</li><li>Preparation of Interlocks/Logic with Testing</li><li>Conversion of Process Flow Chart to DCS SFCs for smooth running of Plants</li><li>Development of Emergency Control Sequences &amp; time to time Testing of the same.</li><li>Training of DCS to Cross Functions</li><li>Day to Day System Checking for Healthiness of Controllers/ Modules / Engineering/Operating Stations/ Domain etc.</li><li>Time to Time Testing of Process &amp; Safety Interlocks during Shutdown</li><li>Alarms Segregation / Rationalization in AIMS</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;900,000.00 - &#8377;1,100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
