SPs lead with a sense of ownership, communicate with clarity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is preferred.<div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both tactical needs and long-term planning.</li><li>
Build trust with client decision makers by understanding client goals, industry context, contracts, and Acxiom&rsquo;s offerings to align solutions effectively.</li><li>
Value delivery &amp; excellent client satisfaction through operational rigor, proactive engagement and strategic guidance</li><li>
Communication: Pro-active, professional communication, keeping the client informed of relevant information through relationship-building contacts and recurring status calls</li><li>
Issue management &amp; escalation: coordinating issue response, serving as an escalation point and notifying leadership as needed</li><li>
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and recalibrate objectives.</li><li>
Build client relationships at a strategic level with clients to identify and qualify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.</li><li>
Resource Management: Allocations &amp; assignments for solution implementation and production support</li><li>
Operations &amp; Change Management Orchestration &amp; Support: including case workflow management and project prioritization</li><li>
SLA &amp; timeline adherence: ensuring project deadlines and delivery due dates are accurately tracked and not missed</li><li>
Implementation Project Management Support: helping with alignment of teams to project requirements and tasks alongside a Project Manager</li><li>
Financial support: billing/invoicing for services rendered, reviewing financial metrics, maximize revenue mechanisms in service contracts, and supporting Finance forecasting and related efforts</li><li>
Risk/Security Support: monitoring sensitive data and related legislation to ensure appropriate access and dissemination of relevant records</li><li>
Whitespace and partnership reviews for opportunity identification and feasibility, encouraging expansion and growth</li><li>
Monitor account health for compression and churn risk signals to prevent revenue loss and provide strategic insight to Acxiom for client stewardship and partnership</li><li>
Proactively identify and communicate upcoming Product changes and client impacts</li></ul><div><br>
QUALIFICATIONS</div><ul><li>
6- 8 years of Service Partnership, Customer Success or Account Management experience in client-facing roles in consulting or agency settings</li><li>
Automotive experience is preferred.</li><li>
Dallas, TX area is preferred</li></ul><div></div><div>

Expert Services Partner

<div>Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.<div></div><div>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</div><ul><li>
Participates or leads high complexity assignments</li><li>
Regularly leads self and others</li><li>
Is viewed as an established as SME and/or established as specialist</li><li>
Understands the &ldquo;big picture&rdquo; view and how aligns to overall Acxiom strategy</li><li>
Analyzes and reports on key drivers of business and company performance</li><li>
Analyzes financial data, draws conclusions and presents recommendations to management</li><li>
Identifies opportunities for standardization and automation and drives execution</li><li>
Creates efficient and effective operating reports</li><li>
Manages the dissemination of accurate and timely financial reports to management</li><li>
Coordinates budget process</li><li>
Reviews and analyzes monthly reports at operating unit level relative to forecast and budgets</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS</div><div></div><div>
Required</div><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Demonstrates expertise in use of all key tools</li><li>
Ability to derive insights and handle ambiguity or problems where limited data is available</li><li>
Ability to develop clear models to represent complex financial situations</li><li>
Ability to incorporate deep understanding of technical financial and accounting concepts into analysis</li><li>
Candidate must be located in central Arkansas and be able to work in the Conway Office.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred</li><li>
