Position: Electronic Purchase EngineerDepartment: Purchase / Supply ChainLocation: [Naigoan East]Experience: 3&ndash;5 years (with minimum 1 year in electronic components sourcing)Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant fieldJob SummaryWe are looking for a smart and technically sound Electronic Purchase Engineer with hands-on experience in electronic components sourcing, both domestically and internationally. The role involves vendor development, negotiation, cost analysis, and coordination with engineering and store teams to ensure timely procurement of high-quality electronic parts.Key Responsibilities1. Domestic &amp; International ProcurementSource electronic components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, PCBs, sensors, SMPS, displays, etc.) from Indian and international suppliers (China, Taiwan, Europe, etc.)Identify alternate vendors for cost optimization and lead time reductionHandle complete import process &ndash; quotation, PO, shipping documents, customs clearance2. Vendor Development &amp; CostingEvaluate supplier capability, quality, and reliabilityNegotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and MOQsCompare quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions3. Order Processing &amp; TrackingRaise and release purchase orders (POs) in ERPFollow up with vendors for order confirmations and timely dispatchCoordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for imports4. Technical CoordinationReview BOM and coordinate with R&amp;D/engineering for specification clarificationEnsure that parts meet technical requirements and compliance (RoHS, CE, etc.)Support the team in sourcing alternates for obsolete or long lead time components5. Documentation &amp; ReportingMaintain updated records of POs, supplier contracts, and import/export documentsPrepare MIS reports for pending orders, lead times, and supplier performanceEnsure adherence to company procurement SOPs and quality standardsRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of electronic components, specifications, and datasheetsExperience in international sourcing, Incoterms, customs, and HS codesGood negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsProficient in MS Excel and ERP systemsAbility to read and understand basic electronic circuit diagrams or BOMJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
