JOB DESSCRIPTION<ul><li>Sourcing candidates based on the required skill through various job portals like Naukri, Linkedin and other sources such as headhunting, reference, professional networking sites, company database etc</li><li>Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.</li><li>Taking regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Responsible for extending offers, negotiating salary, administering preliminary assessments and conducting reference and background checks to assist in the on-boarding of candidates.</li><li>Assist superiors in conducting salary negotiations with selected candidates.</li><li>Initiate background verification process for the selected candidates and ensure completion of the same.</li><li>Including some admin work</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Payroll: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
