Video Editor (YouTube + Instagram Reels) &ndash; Meerut We&rsquo;re hiring a creative &amp; smart video editor who can help us level up our YouTube + Instagram content.What You&rsquo;ll Work On<ul><li>YouTube talking-head videos (Alex Hormozi / Iman Gadzhi style pacing)</li><li>Instagram Reels (fast-paced, emotional, story-driven)</li><li>Short educational content on freelancing, Google Ads, digital marketing</li><li>Clean captions, zooms, punch-ins, b-rolls, and sound effects</li><li>Adding emotional triggers (music, pacing, silence, close-ups) to make content hit harder</li></ul>Must-Have Skills<ul><li>Strong sense of storytelling</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing terms (leads, ads, conversions, etc.)</li><li>Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks</li><li>Good command of captions, subtitles &amp; on-screen text</li><li>Knows how to add relevant b-roll that supports the message</li><li>Eye for pacing, retention, and flow</li><li>Consistency + ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Trend-aware (YouTube talking-head edits, Reels pacing)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
