We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced legal marketing team in Downtown Los Angeles. This role focuses on creating compelling, conversion-driven visual assets that support legal campaigns and drive measurable client results.Location: Full-time, in-office position &mdash; Monday through Friday in Downtown Los AngelesRole SummaryThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing high-quality digital and print creative assets for legal marketing campaigns. This includes ads, landing page visuals, social media graphics, and branded materials that align with performance-driven marketing goals.This role requires a strong eye for design, an understanding of direct-response marketing principles, and the ability to produce clean, persuasive creative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design digital and print creative assets for legal marketing campaigns</li><li>Create high-performing visuals for paid ads, landing pages, social media, and display campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with marketing strategists and web teams to ensure creative aligns with conversion and lead generation goals</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand consistency across multiple legal client accounts</li><li>Translate marketing concepts into clear, compelling visual designs</li><li>Support ongoing campaign optimization through creative testing and iteration</li><li>Work within fast-paced timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards</li><li>Stay current on legal marketing design trends and competitor creative strategies</li><li>Prepare production-ready files for web, print, and digital distribution</li><li>Incorporate feedback quickly while contributing creative ideas and solutions</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or agency environments</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools</li><li>Experience in direct-response or performance marketing design (legal or lead generation preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Ability to design with a focus on conversion and lead generation, not just aesthetics</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>A portfolio showcasing digital marketing or advertising creative work</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
