We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong product knowledge to achieve company targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of products and ongoing promotions</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively</li><li>Process sales transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper display of the sales area</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate preferred</li><li>Age: Below 35 years</li><li>Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Presentable and professional appearance</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet targets</li><li>Basic knowledge of sales systems or POS is an advantage</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Basic Salary: To be discussed</li><li>Attractive commission based on sales performance</li><li>Incentives based on targets achievement</li><li>Other benefits as per UAE labor law</li></ul>Work Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEPay: From AED2,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What type of products or services have you sold before? </li><li>Are you available to join immediately?
