 Senior Officer Licensing is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of online licensing, permits and NOC applications within the Licensing Division. This role involves detailed review of applications, document verification, system troubleshooting, data management, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders

 Application Processing:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Conduct thorough reviews of online applications for various ADM service like Marine craft and Vessels and other related services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify the accuracy and completeness of uploaded information and documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information within applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication regarding application status, requirements, and necessary actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively listen to customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Communication and Coordination:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct face-to-face meetings or virtual interactions with customers as needed to gather information, address concerns, and build trust.

 Work closely with Senior Manager of Licensing and Senior Licensing Specialists to address complex cases or requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

 </ul>
 
 System Management:

 Collaborate with IT support to resolve technical issues affecting both customer and employee portals and other IT requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong understanding of the licensing system and its functionalities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Data Management:

 <li>
 Accurately enter and update fine/violation information into the designated portal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate and maintain comprehensive statistics related to Licensing Division services.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Educational and Technical Qualifications:
 
 
 High school diploma with Basic computer skills
 
 
 Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic
 
 
 Years of Experience:
 
 
 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or
 
 
 High school diploma with a minimum of 3-year experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
 
 
 Nature of Experience: Willingness to learn about the maritime or licensing field

Senior Officer – Licensing

 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 The purpose of this role is to ensure payments with customers are strictly followed, the Sr. Accountant - Credit Control Monetization is responsible for proactively managing debt collection on assigned portfolios of accounts. Also to facilitate the compliance with approved credit policies and assist senior management in executing an effective credit control and collection function based on credit policy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>

 Oversee accurate collection of payments for these assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with KF or the sales company team to ensure all payment information is correctly uploaded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and verify the status of security deposit collections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide relevant data and reports regarding PDC dates, due amounts, and any returned cheques associated with these assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update collection and outstanding records weekly to support timely statement closures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upon deal closure, record all received payments and reconcile collections to maintain an accurate balance in the Kezad system, ensuring proper handover of PDCs to the new purchasing company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply collected security deposits in the system against closed statements as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proceed collection process to ensure that outstanding receivables are recovered in a timely manner as per credit terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending customer statement of account and follow up with customer for overdue payment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with billing/commercial departments for resolving the disputed invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalation to the management if dues are doubtful to provide bad debts provision
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when requested
 </li>

 The Manager &ndash; Security Operations is responsible for planning, leading, and governing security operations across Nishan&rsquo;s operational environments, ensuring effective protection of people, assets, infrastructure, and operations in line with AD Ports Group requirements.
 
 
 The role provides operational command and control, ensures implementation of Security Plans, Security Assessments, SOPs, post orders, and Group Security Action Plans, security assessments, and oversees incident response, reporting, drills, audits, and corrective actions.
 
 
 The Manager ensures security operations are consistent, compliant, responsive, and continuously improved across all clusters and sites.

 Lead, manage, and coordinate security operations across all assigned sites and clusters, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group and Nishan security requirements.

 Ensure 24/7 operational readiness and coverage, including shift‑based supervision, escalation, and continuity of operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, review, approve, and implement Security Plans, Security Assessments, SOPs, and post orders applicable to all operational environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee incident response and escalation, ensuring incidents are managed effectively and reported within defined timeframes via IC&amp;CC and approved channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate incident reporting, investigation support, and corrective action tracking until formal closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and support Supervisors &ndash; Security Operations in coordinating daily operations, shift activities, and site‑level compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Group Security Action Plans are implemented within areas of responsibility and that progress and closure are monitored and reported.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and oversee security drills and exercises, ensuring planning, execution, evaluation, and follow‑up actions are completed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure toolbox talks &amp; security awareness sessions are delivered to contracted security personnel and that post orders are current, communicated, and enforced.
 </li>
 <li>
 Chair or participate in security operations meetings, providing operational updates, risks, performance insights, and action‑status reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring timely close‑out of observations and corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with IC&amp;CC, Operational Control, Security Permits, Inspection &amp; Enforcement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated security operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure security operations comply with PSBD / NSI regulations, ISPS Code, and applicable national and group security requirements as applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective coordination with emergency responders and relevant authorities during incidents and drills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor operational performance, identify risks or gaps, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
 </li>

 Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of all security‑related information.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Educational and Technical Qualifications:
