ADA Legal Team, LLC is seeking a full-time Legal Assitant/Legal Case Coordinator to join our growing national ADA (American with Disbailities) practice.This is a fully remote position. No legal experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.What matters most is that you are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, able to follow directions, and comfortable managing a large number of moving pieces at once. If you're the type of person who enjoys staying organized, checking things off a list, learning new skills, and keeping projects moving forward, we want to hear from you.This position is ideal for someone who is intelligent, professional, and eager to learn, regardless of whether they have previously worked in the legal field.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Manage a portfolio of active legal cases from start to finish under attorney supervision;</li><li>Track deadlines, follow-ups, filings, and case progress;</li><li>Prepare and organize documents using established templates and workflows;</li><li>Review records, reports, and evidence to identify important information;</li><li>Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and court personnel as needed;</li><li>Maintain organized electronic files and case records;</li><li>Assist attorneys with drafting and administrative litigation tasks; and</li><li>Help ensure cases move efficiently through every stage of the litigation process.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously;</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Able to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly;</li><li>Professional, dependable, and accountable;</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and common sense;</li><li>Comfortable receiving feedback and following established procedures; and</li><li>Most importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li></ul>Legal experience is a plus, but absolutely not required.What We Provide:<ul><li>Full training on our systems, workflows, and processes;</li><li>Long-term, stable full-time employment;</li><li>A fully remote work environment;</li><li>Direct mentorship and support from experienced attorneys;</li><li>Clear systems and procedures designed for success; and</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility as you grow.</li></ul>Our firm culture is upbeat, fast-moving, team-oriented, and focused on excellence.
