Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our properties.<ul><li>
Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple properties</li><li>
Analyze market trends and demand patterns to develop short, medium, and long-term revenue strategies</li><li>
Support the evaluation of group inquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategies</li><li>
Contribute to maximizing room revenues and RevPAR, aiming to achieve RGI targets</li><li>
Assist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with General Managers and the Director of Sales and Marketing</li><li>
Participate in Revenue Meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize results</li><li>
Support the preparation and analysis of End of Month performance reports</li><li>
Collaborate with Revenue Manager, General Manager, Director of Sales &amp; Marketing to maximize revenue across of the hotel</li><li>
Monitor competitive set pricing and market conditions to recommend strategic adjustments</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>
Previous experience in a revenue-focused role within the hospitality industry</li><li>
Demonstrated history of consistently meeting performance targets</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</li><li>
Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence key stakeholders remotely</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets</li><li>
Knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is advantageous</li><li>
Multi-property experience is a plus</li></ul>
