Job Title: Accounts Executive (Female)Location: CoimbatoreExperience Required: Minimum 1.5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations and be capable of managing day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, ensure compliance with GST regulations.</li><li>Calculate, deduct, and file TDS accurately as per statutory guidelines.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Handle vendor and client ledger reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and MIS as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.</li><li>Support in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1.5 years of experience in accounting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Excel.</li><li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Positive attitude and proactive approach.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Familiarity with latest tax regulations and updates.</li></ul>Salary: Upto 25,000 per month and other perks &amp; benefitsGender Preference: Female CandidatesHow to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hr@adamandeveinc.in or contact at 9042220388.This role offers strong growth opportunities for individuals seeking to build their career in accounting and finance with a reputable organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an Immidiate joiner?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
