This role expands on the traditional front-desk function and serves as a central operational leader within the firm.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless work environment across departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with building management and office vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate maintenance, supplies, repairs, and workspace logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify and resolve operational needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and support reception to ensure consistent, professional front desk coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the &ldquo;face of the firm,&rdquo; ensuring a high-level client and visitor experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet and assist clients, manage calls, coordinate mail and deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a polished, client-facing office environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Managing Partner with daily tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, staff, vendors, and visitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with internal communications and coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with marketing initiatives and firm projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute in-house and off-site events, including logistics, budgets, and attendee coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Support firmwide initiatives and client engagement programs
 </li>
