Position Overview

The Enrollment RA plays a key supporting role in the evaluation, triage, and enrollment of participants for site-sponsored and industry-sponsored clinical trials under the supervision of the Enrollment Clinicians. The enrollment RA works closely with the enrollment coordinators to provide insights that inform clinical judgment on participant eligibility and study suitability and assists with screening activities and accurate documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on the hands-on execution of essential administrative and clinical tasks&mdash;such as scheduling, preparing visit materials, supporting participant flow, maintaining source documentation, and completing timely data entry&mdash;to ensure efficient site operations and high-quality study conduct. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about clinical research, participant recruitment, and study operations.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with reviewing study protocols and identifying potentially eligible participants under guidance from Enrollment Clinicians and Coordinators.</li>
<li>Prepare and organize study materials and participant files ahead of scheduled appointments, including printing necessary paperwork and maintaining clean consult rooms.</li>
<li>Interact professionally with participants with a range of psychiatric and neurologic disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, and related conditions, providing support and guidance throughout the study visit.</li>
<li>Support prescreening intakes and collect participant information to facilitate the triaging of potential participants, assessing eligibility based on reported information and protocol criteria, and flagging relevant clinical details.</li>
<li>Prepare materials and support the informed consent process for site-sponsored and industry-sponsored studies.</li>
<li>Collect demographic, medical, and psychiatric history information for clinician review.</li>
<li>Coordinate participant visits, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and logistical support such as transportation. Assist with day-of visit flow to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Perform basic clinical procedures including vital signs collection, urine drug screenings, HbA1c tests, and phlebotomy (training provided).</li>
<li>Maintain source documents, study charts, logs, and internal trackers to support site compliance with GCP, regulatory guidelines and site SOPs.</li>
<li>Perform data entry into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and flag inconsistencies for coordinator review.</li>
<li>Support the in-house standard of care study by performing vitals and lab collections, coordinating clinician-administered ratings, facilitating medication dispensation and accountability, and maintaining accurate documentation and date entry.</li>
<li>Attend team meetings and training sessions to gain exposure to enrollment workflows, clinical research processes, and study operations.</li>

Adams Clinical is a rapidly growing research site network specializing focused on late phase industry-sponsored trials of novel treatments for a variety of psychiatric and neurological conditions, supporting both inpatient and outpatient studies. Adams Clinical Site Network has locations in Watertown, MA; Boston, MA; Harlem, NY; Bronx, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and Dallas, TX.

We are seeking entry-level applicants for the Clinical Research Assistant role at our Dallas location (Zipcode: 75115). This role is ideal for entry-level candidates interested in learning clinical research operations, contributing to study execution, and developing foundational skills in patient interaction, data management, and regulatory compliance.

The Clinical Research Assistant (RA) provides foundational support in the conduct of clinical trials at the site level. Working under the direct supervision of a CRC II, CRC III, or Site Manager, the RA assists with operational, administrative, and participant-facing tasks to ensure studies run smoothly and in accordance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and protocol guidelines. This role is an ideal entry point for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Support study start-up activities, including supply inventory, document preparation, and site initiation readiness.</li>

<li>Support CRCs during monitoring visits and assist with preparing documentation and materials to ensure audit and inspection readiness.</li>
<li>Assist with investigational product (IP) accountability tasks as needed and where applicable, gaining exposure to IP handling, tracking, and documentation under the direct supervision of CRC staff, while ensuring adherence to protocol and site SOPs.</li>
<li>Develop proficiency in site SOPs, institutional policies, and GCP requirements to build foundational knowledge in compliant research practices.</li>
<li>Assist in collecting and entering study data into trackers, logs, and EDC systems, focusing on accurate and timely data collection.</li>
<li>Support CRCs in maintaining accurate records and updating study metrics.</li>

Qualifications
<ul><li>Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>

 We are seeking experienced applicants for the Clinical Research Coordinator II role at our Watertown location. This role is ideal for coordinators with experience managing one or more trials, supporting day-to-day study operations, and working collaboratively with research staff under guidance from senior team members. The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently manages one or more complex or high-enrolling clinical trials within their portfolio and is responsible for screening performance, study conduct and operational outcomes for assigned studies.
