<div>As a Licensed Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.<br>
</div><div><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.</li>
<li>Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.</li>
<li>Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, water softeners, etc.</li>
<li>Receive and complete work orders.</li>
<li>Select material and hardware and make time and materials estimates.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records on material and labor used.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of Adams tools, equipment, and materials.</li>
<li>Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.</li>
<li>Respond to emergency calls as needed.</li>
<li>Working in other areas of the Service Department to provide support during absences or shortage of staff in other trades or to perform duties associated with light construction projects.</li>
<li>Requires flexibility and understanding that all team members may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Adams team.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License (mandatory). This is not an apprentice opportunity.</li>
<li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Driver's License with a clean driving record the past 5-years</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and sales skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques</li>
<li>Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Plumbing trades</li>
<li>Have the ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to Plumbing systems</li>
<li>Technical aptitude with knowledge of local plumbing codes and an ability to use resources at hand to find solutions</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li>
<li>Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments</li>
<li>Good computer technical skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation.</li>
<li>Possess a strong personal desire for improvement.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as/if required</li>
</ul><div><b>Physical and other Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be able to stand, bend, twist and lift more than 70 pounds periodically throughout the shift</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a lift test</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li></ul><br>
