 Associate Attorney

 and is passionate about delivering excellent client service. In this role, you will manage key aspects of the
 
 litigation discovery process
 
 , including responding to discovery, assisting clients in preparing responses, and drafting formal, compliant responses.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Handle all aspects of the litigation discovery phase.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Review and gather relevant information from clients for discovery responses.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Draft formal discovery responses in compliance with litigation requirements.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Mainly drafting FEE MOTIONS, checking deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Licensed attorney in California
 
 (in good standing) with
 
 2-3 years of litigation experience
 
 .
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume caseloads.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Tech-savvy with proficiency in
 
 MS Office Suite
 
 ; experience with
 
 iManage
 
 and
 
 Salesforce
 
 is a plus.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured, templated processes.

 Federal/state clerkship or major law firm training strongly valued

 Strong oral &amp; written advocacy skills

 Experience with discovery (taking/defending depositions)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prior trial team experience a plus
 
 </li>

 Compensation &amp; Benefits

 Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 DOE
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bonus: $20K-$25K at 1,750 hours, plus origination bonuses
 
 </li>

 Desired Skills and Experience
 
 
 
 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial litigation preferred)
