 Adams &amp; Martin Group is seeking an experienced
 
 Attorney
 
 to join their client's dynamic litigation team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to engage in civil litigation, including case analysis, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial work.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 J.D. from an accredited law school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active license to practice law in Georgia.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-7 years of litigation experience preferred (medical malpractice or complex tort experience a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused representation.

 Work Hours
 
 
 
 Monday through Friday
 
 
 
 Benefits
 
 
 
 Competitive salary ranging from $50 to $72 per hour.
