We are hiring an HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will be providing excellent customer service and running call for service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Position: HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + SpiffsCommission
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm

Essential Job Duties:
<ul><li>Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment</li><li>
Performing scheduled annual maintenance</li><li>
Run on-demand service calls</li><li>
Servicing generators and tankless water heaters</li><li>
Working with refrigerant, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, AC etc.</li><li>
Consulting customers on repairs and indoor air quality needs</li><li>
Providing excellent customer service</li><li>
Daily use of ServiceTitan</li></ul>
Skills and Qualifications:
<ul><li>1 + years of HVAC service experience</li><li>
Annual maintenance experience</li><li>
EPA universal Certification</li><li>
Able to consult on customer complaints and make repair and support customers with repairreplacement decisions</li><li>
Able to handle system startup and adjustments</li><li>
NATE Certification desired - we offer training</li><li>
Experience with zoning systems, and servicing generators and tankless hot water heaters is a plus!</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li></ul>
