Location: Pakistan - Fully Remote 
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Oversee accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li>
<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to keep strategy on track.</li>
<li>Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking activities for global operations.</li>
<li>Supervise AR/AP specialists to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and collections.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and audit readiness.</li>
<li>Implement stronger controls, automation tools, and ERP process improvements.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to provide insights on profitability, pricing, and growth plans.</li>
</ul>
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful<ul>
<li>
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li>
<li>5&ndash;8 years&rsquo; progressive experience in finance or accounting &mdash; logistics or trade background a plus.</li>
<li>Strong grasp of logistics cost structures and multi-currency transactions.</li>
<li>Skilled in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and advanced Excel.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with proven leadership and communication strength.</li>
<li>High integrity and laser-sharp attention to detail.</li></ul>
