 Role &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull; End-to-End Recruitment
 
 
 &bull; Sourcing Profiles
 
 
 &bull; Screening &amp; Scheduling
 
 
 &bull; Employee Payroll Support
 
 
 &bull; On boarding Support
 
 
 &bull; Asset Allocation Coordination
 
 
 &bull; Any additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager / HOD
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for mid to senior-level roles.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory
