The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update accounting records and files.</li><li>Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and bank transactions.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Support audits and coordinate with auditors.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and expenses.</li><li>Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience (1&ndash;3 years preferred) as an Accountant or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Excel.</li><li>Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience in logistics/manufacturing (if applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per month
