 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning and managing project processes in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia regions in which ADASTEC is involved
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of project and tender documents &amp; presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and execution of the product's operational processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of reporting of operational performance data
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with cross-functional teams for the preparation of necessary reports and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking progress, resolving dependencies, evaluating risks, and communicating with upper management
 </li>
 <li>
 Documenting and reporting project progress to stakeholders and internal and external clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the integration and deployment of electric Level 4 autonomous buses within pilot and commercial projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating technical testing processes including vehicle functional safety (ISO 26262) and operational performance in mixed-traffic environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing technical documentation including test reports, integration plans, and system architecture diagrams in collaboration with engineering teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring vehicle data logs to support anomaly detection and debugging efforts during live deployments
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with software and electrical engineering teams to define and track technical milestones within project timelines
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2 years of experience in project management and tender process follow-up in engineering or related sectors
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive, Mechanical, Robotics, or Electronics Engineering from reputable universities
 </li>
 <li>
 Pre-Sales Planning Management and Tender Management (RFI, RFP) experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Being a professional user of MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation, and technical report-writing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and results-driven with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language is required (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving License Class B is necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving License Class D is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP / CAPM Certifications are a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Having no travel restriction
 </li>
