</ul></div><div><div><b>Summary of Duties: </b>This position works closely with the Production Managers and General Manager and Account Managers, Permit Specialists, and Project Managers to coordinate production schedules to minimize production disruptions, ensure client satisfaction and meet ADCON&rsquo;s business objectives. Manages and follows up on project scheduling to ensure efficient production and delivery of all projects. Communicates timelines with necessary personnel as needed.<br>
</div><div><b>Essential Duties:</b></div>
<ul><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain the master schedule and communicate with appropriate team members if there are changes that need to be made.</li></ul>
<div>o Publish and distribute weekly master schedule report.</div>
<div>o Conduct the weekly scheduling meeting with essential personnel required to coordinate fabrication, shipment, and installation with client&rsquo;s project deadlines.</div>
<div>o Review weekly Chipotle construction schedule reports and revise ADCON master schedule accordingly.</div>
<div>&sect; Generate and distribute changes to appropriate ADCON personnel.</div>
<div>o Revise schedule according to work order specifications, establish priorities, demand, and capacity.</div>
<ul><li>Maintain and transmit any weekly reporting required by Chipotle (Weekly Supplier Update Report).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with Project Management Team</li></ul>
<div>o Assign projects to Project Managers as they are sold.</div>
<div>o Monitor progress of assigned projects.</div>
<div>o Integrate project plans into the master schedule.</div>
<ul><li>Set up and maintain all projects in the Project Management module in <b><i>Epicor</i></b>.</li></ul>
<div>o Set up new projects</div>
<div>o Update the module as change orders and date changes occur.</div>
<div>o Update module notes.</div>
<div>o Move projects to &ldquo;complete&rdquo; status when billing is finalized.</div>
<ul><li>Generate and distribute monthly revenue opportunity forecast with input from General Manager or Project Managers.</li></ul>
<div>o Monitor billings against this forecast, follow up as needed.</div>
<ul><li>File shipping photos in the appropriate project folder (G Drive).</li></ul>
<div>o Coordinate with Project Managers and Shipping Department for potential cost savings on Chipotle freight by combining shipments when possible.<br>
</div><ul><li>Conduct general follow ups with all departments as needed to ensure continued forward movement of projects, to include follow-ups on:</li></ul>
<div>o Required approvals (client, landlord, municipal, etc.)</div>
<div>o Job releases</div>
<div>o Change orders</div>
<div>o Others as needed.</div>
<ul><li>Maintain inventory of parts and materials needed to complete production (<b><i>Kanban</i></b> or stock items).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Expedite production of spare parts and establish delivery dates for spare parts orders (<b><i>Kanban</i></b> or stock items).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confer with Production Manager to resolve problems affecting production schedules.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Monitor and maintain ADCON&rsquo;s high standards of quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of ADCON&rsquo;s safety policies and procedures.</li></ul>

<div><b>Physical and Mental Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50 pounds) with assistance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>This position requires stooping, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, pinching and grasping as well as reading, writing, speaking, listening, and typing.</li></ul>

<div><b>Working Conditions:</b></div>
<div>Office environment, the noise level is usually quiet to moderate. Potential for production environment, where the noise level may be loud.</div>
<ul><li>When on the production floor, the employee may be exposed to loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.</li></ul>

<div><b>Working Hours:</b></div>
<div>Monday through Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM. Two (2) 15-minute rest breaks and one (1) 1-hour lunch break each day.</div>
