Job Description: Account ExecutivePosition: Account ExecutiveIndustry: Service / Agency / OperationsLocation: PatnaExperience: 2&ndash;4 years (preferred)Software Skills: Tally, MS Excel, GST Portal, Basic Accounting ToolsOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing follow-ups, GST compliance, and employee-related financial records. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth financial operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Daily Tally entries including sales, purchase, payment, receipts, journal vouchers, and expense bills.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain up-to-date ledgers, bank reconciliation statements, and financial records.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting data.</li></ul>2. Billing &amp; Payment Follow-ups<ul><li>Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clients for timely bill submissions and payment follow-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Track outstanding payments and maintain regular follow-up schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Share payment status reports with management.</li></ul>3. GST &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Prepare monthly GST data and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain proper documentation for GST input/output.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory timelines and avoid penalties.</li></ul>4. Advance &amp; Expense Management<ul><li>Maintain records of staff advances and vendor advances.</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile advance payments with bills submitted.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor petty cash expenses and prepare monthly expense statements.</li></ul>5. Salary &amp; Attendance Management<ul><li>Maintain daily/weekly/monthly attendance sheets of staff.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with HR for leave records, staff movements, and attendance verification.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly salary sheets, overtime records, and payroll inputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Process reimbursements, incentives, and allowances as required.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tasks.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, and MS Excel.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication and follow-up skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
