This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient stock levels, adhering to company policies, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure the store opens and closes as per operational timings.</li><li>Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.</li><li>Monitor and manage daily store activities to meet operational efficiency.</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records and ensure stock levels are replenished in a timely manner.</li><li>Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team to forecast and order inventory based on demand.</li></ul>Sales and Customer Service<ul><li>Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.</li><li>Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and upsell products.</li></ul>Staff Supervision<ul><li>Assign tasks and schedules to store staff to ensure coverage and productivity.</li><li>Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations for the team.</li><li>Enforce company policies and maintain a positive work environment.</li></ul>Reporting and Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to management.</li></ul>Key Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver goods from the warehouse to company-owned or client retail stores across the UAE.</li><li>Load and unload items carefully, ensuring product safety and accuracy.</li><li>Verify delivery orders, invoices, and supporting documents before and after delivery.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery according to assigned routes and schedules.</li><li>Collect delivery acknowledgments, signatures, and return documents to the warehouse.</li><li>Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.</li><li>Report vehicle issues, delays, or delivery discrepancies immediately.</li><li>Follow company policies, UAE traffic laws, and safety procedures at all times.</li><li>Assist warehouse staff with loading, inventory movement, or packing when required.</li><li>Handle cash-on-delivery (if applicable) responsibly and accurately.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle / Manual or Automatic as required).</li><li>Proven experience as a delivery driver in retail or general trading within the UAE.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and Emirates.</li><li>Ability to read delivery documents and use GPS/navigation systems.</li><li>Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods.</li><li>Basic communication skills in English</li><li>Honest, punctual, and customer-service oriented.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays if required.</li></ul>Job Location: UAE (Warehouse to stores delivery across all Emirates)Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
