 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designing and managing secure Azure infrastructure across Kubernetes, networking, storage, databases, and virtual machines
 </li>
 <li>
 Building scalable, resilient cloud platforms in highly secure environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the development of CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity including VPNs, BGP routing, and Virtual WAN configurations
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving automation through Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting Kubernetes environments and container orchestration for secure application delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing monitoring and performance management solutions across platform services
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to deliver robust technical solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Advising development teams on platform best practice, scalability, and security
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously improving platform reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Main Skills Needed:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience in Azure Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on Azure expertise across AKS, private networking, governance/policy management, Log Analytics, monitoring, Sentinel, and KQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Terraform and Infrastructure as Code capability is essential
 </li>
 <li>
 CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tooling
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Azure networking including VPNs, ExpressRoute, NSGs, BGP Routing, and Private Endpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Azure certifications such as AZ-104 and/or AZ-305 would be highly beneficial
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience driving automation and improving operational efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Eligible for UK Security Clearance
 </li>

 The client needs someone who can quickly review what has been delivered so far, assess the current AWS architecture, identify any issues or gaps, and help shape a stronger, better-architected plan moving forward.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience in the gaming or gambling sector is ESSENTIAL
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a hands-on architecture role suited to someone who can come in, add immediate value, bridge internal skills gaps, and provide clear direction.

 Proven background reviewing and improving cloud environments

 Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

 <li>
 Strong communication and documentation skills
 </li>
