Addium is seeking a versatile Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in shaping how Addium&rsquo;s brands show up across digital and offline channels. From social-first content to customer life cycle campaigns, you&rsquo;ll bring a modern, creative approach to visual storytelling &ndash; with a balance of production precision and conceptual thinking. What You Do&hellip; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design and produce compelling high-quality marketing materials (graphics and videos),including but not limited to digital ads, email campaigns, website graphics, social media content, presentations, and print collateral to fulfil our commercial and communication needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to build creative content that enhances our brand for both internal and external audiences.</li>
<li>Participate in creative reviews, present multiple design options, and iterate based on feedback.</li>
<li>Balance quick-turn projects with larger conceptual initiatives, maintaining quality at all levels.</li>
<li>Stay current with industry design trends and apply them to elevate Addium&rsquo;s creative output.</li>
<li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.</li></ul> 


What You Bring&hellip; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital marketing, social-first, and campaign design (submission required with application). Bonus points for evidence of idea-driven conceptual thinking.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.</li>
<li>Excellent eye for typography, grid systems, layout, and visual hierarchy.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with openness to feedback and iteration.</li>
<li>Creativity, adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.</li></ul>

<li>Prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.</li>
<li>UX design background or interest.</li>
<li>Video editing + motion design (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).</li>
<li>Packaging and print design.</li>

<li>5+ years of professional experience</li>
