The role involves working closely with manufacturing clients to implement productivity improvement and world-class manufacturing practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on-site Lean and Operational Excellence consulting at client locationsConduct deep-dive assessments and identify improvement opportunitiesExecute Lean &amp; OPEX tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, VSM, OEE, SMEDPrepare project proposals, reports, presentations, and case studiesWork directly with clients to design and implement customized Lean solutionsSupport improvement initiatives related to productivity, cost, inventory, maintenance, and change managementRequired Experience &amp; Skills3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence executionStrong practical knowledge of Lean tools and techniquesWorking knowledge of TPM, TQM, and business process improvementBachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or Business ManagementAbility to manage end-to-end improvement projectsComfortable working at both shop-floor and management levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointAutoCAD knowledge for plant layout design will be an added advantageLocation PreferenceOnly candidates currently based in Ahmedabad should applyJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
