<div><div><b>Job Title: Communications Lead (B-21 Bed-Down Support)</b><br>
<b>Position Summary</b><br>
The Communications Lead supports the Public Information Officer (PIO), Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command (HQ AFGSC), and Department of Defense (DoD) efforts related to the bed-down of the B-21 Raider program. This senior role focuses on all aspects of communications, information technology (IT), and supporting infrastructure in highly classified environments. The incumbent provides expert guidance on network/IT bed-down design and execution, ensures compliance and security, and delivers analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.</div>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Support PIO, HQ AFGSC, and DoD stakeholders on all communications and IT infrastructure matters pertaining to B-21 bed-down efforts.</li>
<li>Participate in the design and execution of Network/Information Technology bed-down activities. Provide ongoing analysis and reports on program status, risks, and proposed mitigation solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to the host wing, PIO, HQ AFGSC, and DoD communications/IT professionals. Ensure the communications bed-down is compliant, effective, timely, and secure.</li>
<li>Generate reports and briefings as requested to support guidance and decision-making.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications &ndash; Mandatory (&ldquo;Shall Have&rdquo;)<br>
Experience Requirements</div>
<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Multi-Level Secure (MLS) or Special Access Program (SAP) network management and maintenance.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with at least two (2) different automated cross-domain security solutions.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working with classified information systems.</li>
<li>Proven experience developing and implementing System Security Plans (SSPs), including security upgrades and incorporation of emerging higher-level security requirements.</li>
<li>Experience in classified IS management, resolving classified IS security incidents, and controlling/recording all incoming and outgoing digital media (including uploading/downloading data across networks at different classification levels).</li>
<li>Experience conducting self-assessments using the Management Internal Control Toolset.</li>
<li>Experience developing and critically reviewing information assurance and cybersecurity documentation.</li>
<li>Experience managing databases, including Microsoft Access, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Oracle.</li>
<li>Full experience in all aspects of managing Microsoft SharePoint.</li>
<li>Experience developing standardized procedures for account establishment, system maintenance, and system recovery.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience designing, installing, and maintaining advanced router and firewall configurations to isolate network traffic and maintain security.</li>
<li>Experience developing network Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting audits, performing threat and vulnerability assessments, and applying security-related software tools to manage and control classified information systems.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of managing and maintaining Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructure and Chat applications.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years working knowledge of High Assurance Internet Protocol Equipment (HAIPE) devices.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience with information protection network domains, network segmentation, and network management tools.</li>
<li>Knowledge of and experience implementing DoD and Air Force technology regulations, services, and instructions to ensure compliance of communications and computer services.</li>
</ul><div><b>Certification Requirements</b><br>
Minimum DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification (examples include CISSP, CISM, CASP+ CE, or GSLC)<br>
Minimum Information Systems (IS) Security Professional certification or equivalent.</div>

Qualifications &ndash; Highly Desired</div>
<ul><li>Component command (or equivalent) or higher-level managerial experience.</li>
<li>DoD 8140.01 IS and Information Assurance (IA) certifications.</li>
<li>Special Security Officer (SSO) experience.</li>
<li>JSIG-related Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation experience.</li>
<li>Experience integrating nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) systems.</li>
</ul><div>Required Skills and Attributes</div>
<ul><li>Strong ability to advise senior leaders (wing, command, and DoD levels) on complex classified communications and IT issues.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in secure network design, cross-domain solutions, compliance, incident response, and risk management in SAP/MLS environments.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment supporting the strategic bomber program infrastructure.</li></ul></div>

<b>Location: Ellsworth AFB, SD / Dyess AFB, TX / Whiteman AFB, MO (depending on contract assignment)</b><br>
<b>Job Summary</b><br>
The Bomber Operational Lead provides critical operational expertise and integration support for the B-21 Raider next-generation stealth bomber. This senior role serves as a key liaison between the host wing and Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command (HQ AFGSC). The position ensures seamless integration of all aspects of B-21 operations, training, compliance, and both conventional and nuclear mission readiness.<br>
This is a high-visibility contractor position supporting the stand-up and operationalization of the Air Force&rsquo;s newest strategic bomber.<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
Support the full integration of B-21 Raider operations between the host base and HQ AFGSC, including but not limited to:</div>
<ul><li>Formal Training Unit (FTU) operations</li>
<li>Operations Squadron and Operations Support Squadron (OSS) functions</li>
<li>Simulator operations development and coordination</li>
<li>Facilitate integration and compliance with Technical Orders (TOs) and Department of the Air Force Instructions (DAFIs) across the host wing, HQ AFGSC, and external agencies as required.</li>
<li>Coordinate, implement, advise, and support Conventional and Nuclear operations and training requirements, systems, and timelines in accordance with Higher Headquarters directives.</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise on bomber operational procedures, training pipelines, and mission readiness to ensure alignment with Air Force Global Strike Command priorities.</li>
</ul><div><b>Desired Experience &amp; Qualifications</b><br>
<b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum of five (5) years of qualified United States Air Force (USAF) bomber aircrew experience in the B-1B, B-2A, or B-52H.</li>
<li>Graduate of a Formal Instructor Course, Central Flight Instructor Course, or equivalent USAF Flight Instructor Course in any Major Weapon System (MWS).</li>
</ul><div><b>Highly Desired Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>USAF Safety and/or Nuclear Surety experience.</li>
<li>Nuclear Bomber Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) experience.</li>
<li>USAF aircraft maintenance experience (any platform).</li>
<li>Experience as a Personnel Reliability Program / Personnel Reliability Assurance Program (PRP/PRAP) Manager.</li>
<li>Component Command (or equivalent) or higher-level staff experience.</li>
