What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>

Utilize modern technologies like React, Node.js, Python, and MongoDB to build efficient, scalable solutions.</li><li>
Define critical test components for QA teams, ensuring functionality, performance, and security benchmarks are met.</li><li>
Conduct code reviews, identify improvements, and implement enhancements using multiple programming languages and AI tools.</li><li>
Document code, user experience, and development processes.</li><li>
Communicate with clients and end users to gather feedback and improve usability.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in a software development environment with demonstrated proficiency across multiple applications.</li><li>
Preferred: Certifications relevant to software design or training toward certification.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.</li><li>
Availability to travel to Latrobe, PA for occasional in-person meetings as needed.</li></ul>
