Position Summary: Responsible for executing recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for entry to middle level management and individual contributor positions. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers for assigned divisions to address Talent Acquisition needs. Provides consultative services including workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, and regular reporting and developing sourcing strategies as needed. Maintains and fosters excellent relations with hiring managers and providing a highly professional and excellent candidate experience. Work activities include, but are not limited to, attracting and identifying candidates to fill positions; managing the interview process; conducting interviews; guiding newly hired employees through the preboarding process, and coordinating relocation services. Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent. Sources (up to 25%), assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner.

Ability to maintain a broad understanding and awareness of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices to support organizational hiring needs. Ability to collaborate with leadership as a credible, results-driven and valued business partner by engaging in proactive discussions and decision around mission attainment, business performance, financial operations and impacts, negotiations, strategy and development of key talent programs and processes to identify and address current and future business and people challenges. Ability to serve as a steward of the culture by working to establish and maintain a caring, collaborative and high-performance culture and displaying a commitment to diversity. Ability to understand organizational relationships and structures. Proven customer-service orientation. Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to discuss detailed technical or sensitive information with internal and external customers. Experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines. P osition Summary:
 
The Senior Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing proficient, professional, and skilled
 
support to implement effective technology and information best practices. To ensure proper
 
computer operation so that caregiver can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively
 
resolving escalated caregivers help requests within established SLAs. Problem resolution may
 
involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the

Position Summary: The Pharmacy Technician, under direct pharmacist supervision, is responsible for maintenance of
 
medication distribution systems within the Adena Health System. The Certified Pharmacy Technician, is

Inpatient Pharmacy Technician (FT, 100%)-Variable

<div>Adena Health is seeking a full-time, school-based, primary care APP (Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Adena Family Medicine at the brand-new Warrior Wellness Center in Frankfort, OH! This APP will serve students, families, and the community surrounding Frankfort and Clarksburg, OH. The ideal candidate will be a qualified APP who has at least one year experience in primary care, be able to work independently, and who is passionate about children/school-based health.
Position Overview
As a school based, primary care APP (Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will focus on direct patient care , providing clinical services, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include wellness visits, sports physicals, treating acute illness or injuries, immunizations, screenings, prescribing medications, chronic disease management such as asthma and diabetes, as well as addressing mental health and behavioral issues. APPs promote patient wellness via education of the patient, staff, and community.
This role is a full-time employed, year-round position within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group , offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
