 We are seeking a
 
 mid-level Business Analyst
 
 with strong experience in
 
 business intelligence and reporting tools
 
 to support a long-term, high-impact initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can
 
 translate business reporting needs into actionable insights
 
 and work effectively in a fully remote environment.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Gather, analyze, and interpret business reporting requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable reporting specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with technical teams to support development of dashboards and reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs across BI tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting needs and improve data visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of reporting solutions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7+ years of Business Analyst experience (mid-career level)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Sisense, Power BI, or Tableau
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to understand and interpret report requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working on data/reporting-heavy projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data validation and QA processes for reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in remote, distributed teams (especially East Coast-based teams)
 
 
 </li>
