Key Responsibilities:Production Management:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and supervise the daily manufacturing operations of the workshop (metal works, joinery, and other fit-out components).</li><li>Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.</li><li>Enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and hardware.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machines, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and delays proactively.</li></ul>Estimation &amp; Costing:<ul><li>Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.</li><li>Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs for metal fabrication and fit-out works.</li><li>Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support cost estimates.</li><li>Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and cost breakdowns for client approval.</li><li>Monitor actual production costs against estimates to improve future pricing accuracy.</li><li>Support the sales and project teams with technical input during client discussions.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to understand technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Provide production status updates to management and ensure alignment with project timelines.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;6 years&rsquo; experience in production management and estimation within the retail fit-out and/or metal fabrication industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, workshop operations, and fit-out manufacturing methods.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, AutoCAD, and shop drawings.</li><li>Hands-on experience with estimation software/tools and MS Office.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
