 We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and account research. The role requires close collaboration with Account Executives to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Scope of Work:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Outbound Prospecting &amp; Lead Generation
 
 
 
 ● Identify and create qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
 
 
 ● Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
 
 
 ● Generate interest and educate prospects on company solutions and value propositions.
 
 
 ● Meet and exceed daily outbound activity and outreach targets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Opportunity Qualification &amp; Account Development
 
 
 
 ● Prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts into sales-ready leads.
 
 
 ● Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.
 
 
 ● Effectively handle objections and maintain control of sales conversations.
 
 
 ● Nurture prospects consistently to progress them toward qualified meetings.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Collaboration with Sales Team
 
 
 
 ● Work closely with Account Executives to align prospecting efforts and account strategies.
 
 
 ● Ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities to support overall sales objectives.
 
 
 ● Coordinate internally to move opportunities smoothly from discovery to meeting stage.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 4. CRM Management &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM).
 
 
 ● Track outreach activities, lead status, and opportunity progress for reporting.
 
 
 ● Ensure data accuracy to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.

 Prerequisites
 
 
 
 ● Self-starter with demonstrated persistence in lead generation and follow-up (academic, internship, or professional experience).
 
 
 ● Basic understanding of opportunity qualification and objection handling.
 
 
 ● Ability to follow a structured calling approach and manage sales conversations confidently.
 
 
 ● Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence and clear written communication.
 
 
 ● Comfortable working with productivity tools such as email and MS Office.
 
 
 ● Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms (preferred; HubSpot is a strong advantage).

 AI Security Governance &amp; Policy Specialist
 
 to build and operate security governance for LLM/ML/AI systems across the full lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering tangible governance outputs, including drafting and maintaining enforceable policies and standards, translating regulatory and security frameworks into practical control requirements, performing AI security risk assessments, reviewing solution designs and technical evidence, and ensuring required testing and monitoring are implemented with proper documentation.
 
 
 The specialist will partner with VMPT and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions undergo appropriate security testing, adversarial assessments, secure coding validation, vulnerability management, and evidence-based exception handling where required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 AI Policies, Standards &amp; Control Requirements

 Draft, maintain, and publish AI security policies, standards, and minimum baselines for LLM/ML/AI solutions.
 </li>

 Produce clear, testable requirements covering:
 </li>
 <li>
 Model onboarding and approval (internal and third-party models, versioning, provenance, licensing constraints)
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure AI SDLC requirements (threat modeling, secure design, testing, change control, release gates)
 </li>
 <li>
 AI data governance (classification, retention, minimization, leakage prevention, approved RAG sources)
 </li>
 <li>
 Logging and telemetry requirements (audit trails, redaction guidance, monitoring and alerting expectations)
 </li>
