To ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations while providing high-quality administrative support to the office and management team. The role represents the company&rsquo;s first point of contact and plays a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk &amp; Reception<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls</li><li>Manage meeting room bookings and visitor access procedures</li><li>Coordinate courier services and incoming/outgoing mail</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide general administrative support to management and departments</li><li>Prepare letters, memos, and official documents</li><li>Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)</li><li>Support onboarding documentation and coordination with HR</li></ul>Office Management<ul><li>Manage office supplies and vendor coordination</li><li>Coordinate with building management (ADGM requirements, access cards, etc.)</li><li>Support travel bookings and meeting logistics</li><li>Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain updated records of licenses, contracts, and service providers</li><li>Support documentation required for regulatory purposes when needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
