Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Utilize video conferencing to conduct virtual appointments with patients.</li>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, and other related disorders tailored to individual patient needs.</li>
<li>Prescribe and manage medications, while educating patients on usage, potential side effects, and interactions.</li>
<li>Deliver comprehensive patient education, including information on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.</li>
<li>Monitor patients' progress during and after treatment and conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date medical records for each patient; documenting all assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.</li>
<li>Efficient and prompt handling of task completion, prescription refills, and addressing patient inquiries.</li>
<li>Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow providers to ensure optimal patient care.</li>
<li>Report quality of care issues promptly through established mechanisms.</li>
<li>Attend relevant meetings and educational training sessions as required to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.</li>
<li>Maintain a comprehensive understanding of telemedicine regulatory changes and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and consistently updating and enhancing your knowledge base.</li>
<li>Fully comply with HIPAA policies and procedures to safeguard patient confidentiality and privacy.</li>
<li>Complete any additional tasks and functions as requested by the company, contributing to the overall success of our mission.</li></ul> 


Required Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Specialized expertise in the comprehensive treatment and management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, and other related conditions in both adult and pediatric populations.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 2 years in mental healthcare or 5 years in a primary care setting, showcasing a proven track record of success.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with current mental disorder diagnostic tools, including but not limited to the DSM-5, GAD-7, PHQ-9.</li>
<li>A genuine passion for delivering accessible mental health care to diverse communities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health record systems</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive and collaborative relationships with both patients and colleagues.</li>
<li>High level of flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment</li>
<li>High emotional awareness and sensitivity to patients' needs, reflecting a patient-centered approach to care.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of state telemedicine laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the delivery of services.</li>
<li>Previous telehealth experience, highly preferred</li></ul> 


Education/Board Certification/Licensure
<ul>
<li>Graduation from a US medical school or foreign medical school with ECFMG certification</li>
<li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) Required</li>
<li>Completion of Residency Program in either Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry</li>
<li>Board Certification</li>
<li>Current, unrestricted state license</li>
<li>DEA license(s) and state controlled substance license(s), as applicable</li></ul>
