Adhoc Fire and Security System LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation &amp; Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of UAE experience to support our Fire &amp; Life Safety projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for fire and security system projects.</li><li>Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material and equipment requirements.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to align procurement with project requirements.</li><li>Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier databases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE fire and safety regulations and international standards.</li><li>Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related discipline.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in estimation and procurement within the fire &amp; security systems industry in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
