Full job descriptionJob description:- Site Engineer (HVAC)Location : PuneHVAC site supervisor with 1 to 2 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry.<ul><li>Technical expertise-</li><li>Understanding &amp; implementing project work processes, with item description based on drawings.</li><li>Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.</li><li>Conduct regular project reviews with site engineer</li><li>Site Management:</li><li>Check material received on site as per requirement &amp; Prepare delivery challan.</li><li>If any issue arises on site ,immediately inform to Project team before client to take action.</li><li>Follow &amp; implement safety rules at site during execution.</li><li>Daily reporting to Project Manager regarding site execution progress</li><li>Material Management:</li><li>Daily make vendors labour count entry in register &amp; send to office for working.</li><li>Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records.</li><li>Vendor and Supplier Management:</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Communicate issues regarding vendors and suppliers to Project Manager</li><li>Customer Management:</li><li>No wrong behavior with client , if any issue immediately inform to project team to handle.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Educational Qualification and Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 12th pass / Diploma/ any Graduation</li><li>1 to 2 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry.
