We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Interior Designer to lead our design projects. The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years of experience in both design and execution of interior projects, with strong managerial capabilities and a flair for client engagement and sales. This role demands a balance of creative vision, project execution, and business acumen to drive successful interior design solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.ResponsibilitiesCreate attractive designs and layouts for various projectsMeet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsPrepare presentations (2D,3D mock-ups (If possible) and renderings for clientsMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantNegotiate contracts, prepare BOQs, and provide accurate cost estimations and quotations to clientsEnsure full workflow is followedQualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree / Diploma 2+ years of experience in related field</li><li>Strong creative and communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to execute</li><li>Software Skills (AutoCAD, 3D max, Sketchup, Vray, etc)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
