For creators, we provide a streamlined way to find new brands to partner with and monetize their content.We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to create engaging and high-quality motion content. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, websites, ads, and presentations.</li><li>Develop storyboards, concepts, and animation styles based on briefs</li><li>Edit videos, add effects, transitions, typography, and sound</li><li>Work closely with marketing and design teams to deliver impactful visuals</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all motion and video content</li><li>Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Stay updated with the latest motion design trends and tools</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer</li><li>Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro</li><li>Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in social media ads, reels, and explainer videos</li><li>Basic 3D motion knowledge is a plus</li><li>Sound design knowledge is an added advantage</li></ul>Email: maitri.rathod@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Motion graphics: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe After Effects: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
