Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Safely perform laboratory tests on beverages to ensure product is produced within established parameters and make adjustments where necessary.</li><li>
Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process.</li><li>
Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes</li><li>
Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.</li><li>
Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.</li><li>
Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination</li><li>
Monitoring package appearance, integrity and correct package codes.</li><li>
Requires working with other lab technicians, line foreman, line operators, fork truck drivers, and other production personnel.</li><li>
Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Strong analytical skills</li><li>
Ability to read, write and keep records</li><li>
Good computer skills including literacy with Excel and Word</li><li>
Ability to &ldquo;be on your feet&rdquo; from beginning to end of shift.</li><li>
Able to lift materials up to 50 pounds</li><li>

Quality Control Lab Technician Weekday Nights

<div><b>Overview:</b><p>
As an Adirondack Beverages Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of industrial package and process equipment.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Perform preventative maintenance as assigned</li><li>
Respond to line calls in a timely and professional manner</li><li>
Create, plan, and execute work order repairs based on equipment inspections</li><li>
Comply with GMP, SQF, Safety &amp; related standards</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Proven technical knowledge</li><li>
Must have experience in a manufacturing facility as a Mechanic</li><li>
Ability to stand for long hours</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly</li><li>
Must be able to work cohesively with a range of skill levels</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with electrical troubleshooting, understanding of wiring diagrams<ul><li>
PLC, VFD, &amp; Servo experience is a plus</li></ul></li><li>
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li><li>
Experience with HVAC systems</li><li>
CMMS experience</li></ul><p><b>
