<div><div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p>
<p>Supervision and coordination of care and services to patients of Adirondack Health. Functions as a resource, role model and advisor for staff. Coordinates resources to enhance care and supports comprehensive care delivery to our patients twenty four hours a day, every day of the year. Must possess a high degree of clinical competence and able to use interpersonal skills successfully throughout the organization.
</p><p><b>Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:</b></p>
<div><ul><li>Current NYS RN license, BSN preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>ACLS, PALS, NRP certification required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Five years nursing experience with at least one year critical care (ER/ICU)</li></ul>
<ul><li>One year supervisor experience preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrates leadership ability with excellent communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrates critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to make a decision within organizational structure</li></ul>

<p><b>Pay Range:</b></p>
<p>$48.00 - $54.00 / hour</p></div></div>
