Job Summary<ul><li>Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers/vendors for electrical components, materials, and services.</li><li>Float enquiries, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.</li><li>Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors.</li><li>Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and support in maintaining optimum stock.</li><li>Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.</li><li>Work with finance and accounts team for payment processing and vendor reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports on purchase status, cost savings, and vendor performance.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electrical components, systems, and materials.</li><li>Good negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred: BE ElectricalJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
