We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter for Adithya Global School. We are looking for an immediate joiner.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.</li><li>Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.</li><li>Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate fit.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.</li><li>Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.</li><li>Support HR team in onboarding new employees and other related HR activities.</li><li>And also support an ADMIN Teamwork.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of job portals and professional networking sites.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, and detail-oriented.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in bulk hiring/IT/Non-IT as per company need)</li><li>If the candidate have school or college recruitment is added advantage.</li></ul>Candidates share your resume in careers@adithyatech.com or 7373713906Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
